6 Simple ways to stay sane when working from home

Working from home can be challenging, and combined with self-isolation, uncertainty and fear, could negatively impact your health. I collected tips and links to help you work better and stay focused.
1.Tidy up first
Create a dedicated work space and keep it organized.
If it’s too overwhelming, try organizing one thing every day. It truly helps.
2. Pay attention to light.
Natural lighting helps boost health, happiness and productivity. While not everyone has the luxury of a large window. Find a desk lamp, computer clip light or even a floor lamp in the corner of the room— it can help create a soothing environment that benefits your eyesight, mood and energy level.
3. Close all the news outlets
I know it’s hard, but don’t leave them open in the background, its highly stressful and distracting.

3. Create a list
Writing things down on paper helps. Make a list. Crossing a task off the list will motivate you, even for the sake of completing this task.

4. Establish clear working hours in self Isolation
Routine and boundaries helps keep focused
and less stressed, it will help you stay healthy.
5. Play Music

6. How to break down large projects
Break down large tasks into bite-sized tasks.
Be realistic with your goals.
Smaller tasks are clear and easier to accomplish.
